Built the live tracking feature that lets cargo and transport companies follow a shipment in real time — driver location, truck details, load info, all in one view. Added a public share-link layer so anyone outside Logkar can track a delivery without needing an account. Link auto-expires after 2 days to keep it secure.

Designed the data layer behind Logkar Executive’s dashboard: order status summaries, truck and driver utilization rates, tonnage achievement charts — all broken down by branch or transporter. This is the screen a manager opens before deciding whether their fleet is actually performing or just looking busy.

Owned the PRD for offline-first delivery transactions — letting drivers complete deliveries, capture proof-of-delivery photos, and collect signatures with zero signal, then auto-sync everything once connection returns. Defined the sync retry logic, storage limits, and the exact moment a driver gets blocked from starting a new delivery.

Redesigned the weekly leaderboard from a Top-3 to a Top-5 reward system, giving drivers a percentage-based bonus point multiplier based on their weekly rank. Defined the rounding logic, edge cases, and made sure the bonus showed up transparently in every delivery history card.

Built the in-app flow for drivers to report a breakdown mid-route — condition details, photo evidence from camera, routed directly to the workshop team.
