Logkar Poin Booster (Driver Gamification)

The weekly leaderboard feature, which currently highlights the Top 3 Drivers from each branch, has successfully increased driver motivation and awareness of delivery performance. By providing visibility into individual achievements, the feature encourages healthy competition and promotes a stronger focus on completing Delivery Orders (DOs) efficiently.

However, despite the positive impact of the leaderboard, there is currently no direct incentive that rewards drivers for maintaining top performance. As a result, opportunities remain to further strengthen driver engagement and motivation through tangible recognition.

To address this, LogKar Mobile will enhance the leaderboard feature by expanding the ranking from the Top 3 Drivers to the Top 5 Drivers in each branch. This improvement will allow the benefits of the reward program to be distributed more fairly and reach a larger group of high-performing drivers.

In addition, drivers who achieve a Top 5 ranking will receive bonus LogKar Points (Booster Points) for every completed delivery during the week in which they hold their leaderboard position. This incentive is designed to encourage sustained performance and provide meaningful recognition for outstanding delivery achievements.

Top 5 Leaderboard

The Driver Booster Program aims to provide additional LogKar Points as a weekly reward for drivers who rank between 1st and 5th place on their branch leaderboard. The initiative is expected to:

  • Increase weekly engagement and participation in completing Delivery Orders (DOs).

  • Motivate drivers to continuously improve and pursue top delivery performance.

  • Encourage healthy competition among drivers across branches.

  • Provide a fair, transparent, and performance-based reward system that recognizes actual delivery achievements.

  • Distribute incentive benefits more broadly by expanding leaderboard eligibility from the Top 3 to the Top 5 drivers.
